Hana Modz pre-sale Up-date.
Due to the overwhelming response to our pre-sale, the following is what we know.
Hana Modz will begin shipping us sometime this month (February).
We will be getting partial orders throughout the month and into March. We do not know at this time as to what size and or color we will be getting in each of the deliveries. As the Mods come into HM they are parceling them out to all their dealers.
What we do know, is that all the pre-orders we have on file will be filled and all the sizes and colors we have ordered will be shipped.
What we will be doing is the following…
As shipments arrive to the VapinArt showroom, we will notify the next person on the pre-order list and advise them as to what we have on hand. If that shipment does not contain the size or color they ordered they will be offered to either change their selection or return to the list. As the delivery to Hana of the Evolv DNA 30 chips increases, so too will our deliveries of Mods…
Answers to various questions:
Q: If I place a pre-order, will my card be charged?
A: No, no charges will be made until items ships. (That includes payments done via PayPal)
Q: I found the color/size I wanted elsewhere, can I cancel my order?
A: Of course, at any time with no penalty.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do and will. When your name comes up we will notify you as to your shipping options and their respective costs.
Q: Are any colors/ sizes available other than the four listed?
A: We are only receiving the four colors/ sizes at this time.
Q: How long will the wait be?
A: HM is doing everything they can to expedite delivery on their end.
We will update any information we receive on our Face Book page.
Q: Will I get the size and color I ordered?
A: We have on order sufficient sizes and colors to fill all pre-orders. Specific delivery schedules are still TBA.
Q: I sent you an email and didn’t get a response.
A: We will respond to all inquiries (Might be a bit slow at first)
Q: I ordered additional items along with the Hana; do I have to wait for them as well?
A: Best to place a separate order for items in stock. They can ship immediately or you can wait and have them shipped together. Free shipping on any order of $75.00 still applies.
Q: Is the DNA 30 worth the wait?
A: Oh yeah, they rock.
